Our team

DCSV is essentially a firm of business lawyers. We seek to deeply understand our
clients’ needs, goals, motivations and conditions, with the aim of adding value and
providing simplified solutions.

Our focus is never dispersed, imposing legal theories on our clients. Rather, our
attention is on developing legal theories, reaching consensus on them, and bringing
them forward.

We strongly believe in thorough analysis, team work, respect for our clients and
colleagues, proactivity, personal and professional ethics, creativity, hard work, and
getting the job done!

Additionally, we are proud of our team. Our “round-table” style, remarkably different
from the hierarchical structures typical of traditional law firms, has proved to be an
exceptional tool to generate engagement with our client’s affairs and to provide them
with the best solutions.

DCSV is not a traditional law firm. We are a law boutique and we intend to continue to
be so, this way we preserve our essence and are able to choose the areas in which we get
involved.
